My name is Jamie

I am 23-year-old graphic designer with a passion for creativity in all its forms. I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and moved to Cape Town at a young age, where my love for the arts grew. From painting and drawing to singing in the Stellenberg Girls' Choir during high school, I've always been drawn to expressing myself creatively. After matric, I took a gap year and interned in the art department at Homebrew Films, where I gained hands-on experience in the creative industry. I then went on to study Graphic Design at Eduvos, completing my three-year degree and developing a versatile design skill set. Today, I'd describe myself as a flexible designer, I am comfortable working across illustration, print design, and digital design. For me, design is about creating work that not only looks good but also communicates clearly and connects with people.
